Originally scheduled for October 4-6, 2020 at the Hyatt Monterey California, the PPFA 2020 Fall meeting will now be conducted in a virtual format. Committee meetings will be held between July 27, 2020 - October 12, 2020, with the General Session/Business Meeting being held on Tuesday, October 6, 2020.

In order to provide agendas and virtual meeting links to attendees at least one week prior to each meeting, we ask that event registration be completed within one week of each committee meeting start date. For security, phone dial-in connections will not be provided. Meeting links will allow attendees to join via PC, Mac, iOS or Android. Meeting attendees should be prepared to join meetings at least 5 minutes prior to meeting start time in order to download the Ring Central Meetings app if necessary, and to review their meeting settings.
Product Line Committees: Attendance at these meetings is open to PPFA members that manufacture the applicable product or related product(s). If a member does not manufacture the applicable product or related products, permission must be received from the appropriate PLC chairman to attend the meeting. Non-member guests at PPFA meetings must manufacture the applicable product or related product(s) AND must receive permission from the appropriate PLC chairman to attend a PLC meeting.
Code Policy Committee: The Code Policy Committee meetings are open only to PPFA members and Code Policy Committee delegates and alternates unless permission is granted to others by the Chairman.
General Membership Session: At each semi-annual PPFA meeting, there will be at least one general membership session where Association business is conducted. At these sessions, only Association members in good standing are allowed to participate. At the Fall Meeting, Association business will be conducted on Tuesday, October 6, 2020.
